Q. How do I let you know my personalisation choices?
A. When purchasing your item, you can input this information at checkout.  If this opportunity is missed, you can email me details to [email protected]

Q. Are the items dishwasher proof?
A. Because the items are glazed and fired in a kiln, they are perfectly safe for dishwasher use.

Q. Do you offer postage abroad?
A. I offer worldwide postage - please email on [email protected] for a quotation.

Q. Will you offer a discount for multiple items?
A. If you are looking to order 3 items of more, please email me and I will offer a discounted quotation.

Q. Can I have more than one name on the item?
A.  You can have more than one name, apart from the cat legged bowl as there is limited space.

Q. How long does it take?
A. All of my items are hand painted to order so please allow up to 10 working days.  I will email you once your item has been despatched.

Q. Can I chose different names/colours if I order a set?
A. As the items are hand painted to order, you can choose different names, colours and even styles (i.e. one spotty, one whimsical etc) to create a unique set.
