How it's made
When you place an order, I personally reply to ensure that all information is correct. For pottery, I hand-paint, hand-glaze, hand-rub down, and fire each personalised piece in the kiln. The kiln reaches a temperature of 1010°C, and the firing process takes around 26 hours. I use non-toxic paints and lead-free glazes to ensure quality and safety.
Once the pottery is complete, I carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap, pack it in a sturdy cardboard box, and surround it with polystyrene chips to ensure it arrives safely.
For mats, I create a custom design, print it onto special sublimation paper, and then press the design onto rubber-backed neoprene using a heat press for a vibrant, durable result. The mats are also machine washable
Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch of pottery and up to 5 working days for mats.
