Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Each item is carefully hand-painted or handmade to order, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Exception: Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement or refund
